Responsible for all sales volume and profitability as it relates to the assigned district. Directly manages sales personnel, within specific market area(s) to assist in the attainment of regional goals and objectives. Recruits, trains and develops sales personnel. Creative "out of the box" approach to driving sales.segments. Assesses manpower needs and effectively staffs the District. Ensures that the Sales team receives proper and timely training. Conducts formal evaluations of all team members on an annual basis. Administers District over/short route balances. Administers/monitors all variable and fixed spending accounts. Monitors product flow to minimize delays supply of inventory. Completes all assigned reporting in an accurate and timely basis.

* Minimum of 5 yrs relevant sales experience
