Requirements and Competencies * Bachelor's degree (emphasis in business, finance, marketing or related field), MBA preferred * Experience in Consumer Package Goods industry preferably in a sales or marketing role * Strong computer software proficiency (including:
Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access) * Strong familiarity with SMART and syndicated data software/ measures * Effective communication and presentation skills * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, follow-up and organizational skills * Knowledge of retail environment and its effect on the beer category Primary Responsibilities * Use dunnhumby & other data to identify insights, create opportunities, & deliver solutions for key retail customers * Provide solutions that address priorities, anticipate needs, and build lasting relationships * Develop beer category plans, strategies, and tactics that support initiatives from KAMs and NRS SDs * Complete and perform analysis across a wide variety of retail sales & business development issues * Participate in joint retail account calls with Cat Mgrs, KAMs & NRS SDs Additional Information Salary:
