Ingenix is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for their CareTracker Electronic Health Record (EHR). A successful candidate will have a strong clinical background with proven track record of success and 5 or more years of previous work experience on EHR systems. This position serves as a subject matter expert, possessing in-depth knowledge of all areas within each application of the EHR. Duties will be to provide system demonstration assistance to all sales executives in respective territories as well as working knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments of physician offices, high-level functional systems analysis, integration, documentation and implementation advice, often regarding complex problems/concerns that plague physician offices today. Duties/Responsibilities Include:
A Subject Matter Expert that assists the Sales Executive with presenting and qualifying the best solution that solve a client's Critical Business Issues - Onsite or web product demonstrations - Demo support and attendance for Tradeshows - Demo and guest speaker for marketing webinars - Support Sales and Sales Ops with application and workflow questions - Maintain current knowledge of Regulatory & Industry Updates - May assist with deal qualification (discovery) and strategy - May assist with User Groups Meetings Through extensive EHR product and healthcare market knowledge, the Clinical Subject Matter Expert will support a team of salespeople and help them exceed EHR sales goals. Additionally, they will work closely with the entire sales operations team in accelerating sales. The role involves demonstrating the CareTracker EHR product to the prospective customer, participating in healthcare trade shows, building a clinically focused demonstration database, and supporting Solution Selling tools. This person will also be responsible for providing continuing education on the product and market to the salespeople in the region. .Ability to demonstrate CareTracker EHR as a solution relative to the needs of the prospect .Exceptional demonstration skills coupled with a sound knowledge of CareTracker EHR .Exceptional interpersonal skills, confidence and maturity .Strong understanding of the clinical environment and workflow .Strong understanding of the EHR marketplace and the drivers associated with it .Ability to connect well with physicians and command their respect .Ability to work well with salespeople as partners in helping them close EHR business .Ability to work well with directors as partners in helping them define strategies and coach salespeople .Be the expert in EHR - functionality, new releases .Ability to develop specialty specific focus in each demo .Ability to quickly gain team's credibility, demo, and add value Education and Experience:
