Primary Responsibilities:
* Training office personnel on all applications of the Electronic Health Record (physicians, physician extenders, nurses, medical assistants and front office staff); responsible for various types of training; web-based, limited on-site and classroom * Developing EHR pre-recorded webinars * Actively participating in the development of training programs to meet the need of the clinical module users, as well as existing Ingenix CareTracker staff * Working closely with other members of the Implementation team to deliver coordinated training and implementations * Responsible for oversight of product installation and delivery * Interacting with several departments within Ingenix CareTracker to ensure a successful implementation and to support the sales cycle if needed * Maintaining records and data in a highly organized and confidential manner (imperative that all Ingenix and HIPAA compliance guidelines are followed and all questions and concerns are directed to the Compliance Officer or company President) Bring your talent to an industry leader with the information, technology, and consulting expertise to help transform health and human services. * 2 years of experience in a clinical medical office setting is required * 2 years of classroom training experience is required * Microsoft Word and Excel is required; PowerPoint is preferred * Web-ex training experience is a plus * Experience with Medical software is a plus * CPC or a project management certification is a plus * Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere:
