Claims Representative Associate - Bothell, WA Primary Responsibilities:
* Providing expertise or general claims and customer service support to teams in reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing and adjusting claims. * Handle phone calls answering benefit questions, eligibility verification, claims status, etc. * Authorizes the appropriate payment or refers claims to investigators for further review. * Conducts data entry and re-work; analyzes and identifies trends and provides reports as necessary. * High school Diploma or GED is required. * 6 months Claims / Customer Service (in a Call Center) experience is required. * Basic MS/Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) experience is required. * Healthcare Insurance knowledge is preferred. Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere:
