Our multidisciplinary approach known as "Team Medicine" gives every individual the chance to contribute to the well-being of our patients and the continuing success of our medical center. Provides sales support to regional managers for the Amerinet program. Primary source for current knowledge on program products. Acts as the Regional/Options Contract Coordinator and Manager of the Choice Med/Surg program. 1. Works in concert with regional managers to support members. Assists members in utilization of the Amerinet program. 2. Works with vendors, distributors, and IHC to manage members' accounts and issues, including the Choice Med/Surgery products. 3. Performs office support functions. 4. Works to solve issues related to regional / options contracts and the HRS website. 5. Manages the Choice Med/Surg program which includes staying aware of new products and launches, collecting information on new products and launches to our Regional Managers and to our members, reporting on usage of Choice products to our members, assists our members with troubles surrounding Choice products and, working with IHC, the Choice staff at Amerinet, and the vendors representatives on Choice marketing and support. 6. As requested, enrolls new Amerinet members. 7. As requested, assists in marketing the Amerinet program. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field (or similar/equivalent experience). 3 to 5 years working in Materials Management or in a Group Purchasing Organization or Customer Service in a wholesale distribution facility. Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer literate. Preferred:
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Groupwise, and a relational database application such as Access. Employee performs within the prescribed limits of the hospital's and department's Ethics and Compliance program and is responsible to detect, observe and report compliance violations to their immediate supervisor, or upward through the chain of command, the Compliance Officer, or the hospital hotline.
