PSI (www.policy-studies.com), is a rapidly expanding, nationally recognized provider of outsourcing, technology, and consulting services to health and human services organizations. The Site Manager has accountability for one or multiple service delivery sites within child support, employment or health service operations. Managing total revenue between $2 - $5 million and medium project complexity, this position is a key member of the service delivery management team. Responsibilities include:
· Delivers financial results for assigned service delivery site(s) · Drives operational excellence · Identifies, manages, and executes process improvements that yield efficiencies; ensures operations are aligned with PSI's vision, mission, and values · Recognizes, develops, and promotes talent within site(s) · Implements business and client improvement plans as identified by the client relationship manager (CRM) The ideal candidate will typically possess the following:
· Bachelor's degree in a related field or four (4) years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred · A minimum of three (3) years of management experience and at least two (2) years of programmatic experience · Experience with MS Office, including Project, Visio and Access required · Experience with tactical financial management (e.g., budget, ROI) of a single site/line of business (LOB) monthly operating budget required · Ability to manage and maintain a high performing team that models the principles and values of the company with little assistance required Talented individuals with a passion for doing socially useful work are encouraged to apply.
