COUNSELOR II Project Turnaround is a non-profit organization that fosters good communication skills in a team oriented, 12-Step program. Celebrating our 40th anniversary of operations in 2010, the Granite Falls facility is built in an area where you can see beautiful sunsets, and enjoy the fresh air and the stars at night. The facility is a new building, completed in 2003 with room for 89 clients in the programs and the medical unit. We are proud to offer:
A multi-disciplinary team to establish a treatment plan for each individual client. A new outpatient adolescent treatment program. A nationally recognized inpatient gambling program that has been in operation for 18 years. A Fitness Trainer that establishes a program for individual client?s needs. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF COUNSELOR II POSITION:
Client Care:
Evaluate client history assessments on each assigned client. Assess needs and problems. Assist and guide the client with the development of an Individual Treatment Plan.
