This position reports to the Director of In-home Services and is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, managing and evaluating services. The essential functions of this position include:
eligibility assessments intakes small case loads direct supervision of In-Home Clinicians other responsibilities necessary to ensure program excellenceThe successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a human services field (Master's degree preferred)and hold QMHP qualification. Also required are:
one or more years supervisory experience excellent verbal and written communication skills proficiency with MSOffice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Internet research three or more years experience with a related population current Virginia driver?s license and good driving record Preference will be given to candidates with Intensive In-home work experience.
