AMI-Wellness Home Health is seeking a for our Denver Office to supervise day-to-day clinical operations. The Clinical Supervisor coordinates and manages the clinical field staff and the clinical activities within the agency. This position functions as an integral member of the clinical leadership team. The Clinical Supervisor oversees the care provided by clinical field staff and initiates efforts to improve the quality and skill level of clinical field staff, ensures compliance with established agency Policies & Procedures and Federal & State Regulations. Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered Colorado Registered Nurse License Current CPR Expert Clinician who possesses advanced care skills Strong Critical Thinking Skills 1 (one) year Supervisory experience, preferred 3 (three) years Home Health experience, preferred Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid Guidelines Thorough understanding of OASIS Must possess excellent interpersonal, time management and communication skills Must possess a strong desire to learn Ability to serve as role model, mentor, educator and evaluator
