Using leadership skills and the nursing process, the Staff RN strives to meet the needs of the patient in a safe, caring and professional manner. The Staff RN provides for the well-being of patients through patient advocacy, education and effective communication with physicians, other departments and staff. The Staff RN is responsible for maintaining and improving clinical skills through professional development and serving as a role model to others. Requirements:
