Northwestern Occupational Health and Northwestern Walk-In ClinicPosition Description:
The LPN performs patient care within the scope of her license under the direction of the RN and supervision of the medical director and/or onsite provider including, but not limited to taking patient histories and collecting other patient data, performing nebulizer treatments, pulse oximetry, assisting provider with suturing and other procedures, performing point of care CLIA waived lab testing, EKGs, PFTs, vision testing, venipuncture, injections, audiograms, urine and breath collections. Independently utilizes electronic medical records to the fullest extent; trains others on EMR and other screening tasks. Performs numerous clerical and tracking duties including ordering and maintaining medical supplies, and medications for in-office medication dispensing system. Status/Schedule:
