Summary Statement:
Responsible for performing clerical duties, facilitating effective written and verbal communication, and contributing to a smooth functioning, well-equipped unit. This person will work 3, 8-hour shifts per week. Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in medical terminology required in order to transcribe physicians' orders legibly, using correct grammar. Experience:
One year recent experience as a Unit Secretary or experience in a similar position preferred. Equipment/Skills:
Proficiency in multiple line phone system and computer skills preferred.
