Under the direction of a licensed Nurse and with respect for human dignity delivers a variety of high quality, basic patient care services that meet the needs and uniqueness of assigned patients. Is responsible for the delivery of quality care and service excellence; and adheres to the PH Standards of Behavior. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Education:
High school diploma or the equivalent with a GED. Must have either current CNA or 2 years previous experience as Nursing Assistant within Parkview or currently be enrolled in a nursing program. Licensure/Certification:
CNA certification preferred or the equivalent of health care experience and education. Must have currentCPR certified Heath Care Provider from AHA or American Red Cross or obtain within 60 days of hire. Experience:
Prefer one year minimum of experience working in the patient care setting, preferably as a patient care giver. Other Qualifications:
Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of general computer skills and applications. Demonstrate ability to multi-task and work independently using critical thinking skills.
