Job Details:
Job Posting:7592 Transports patients and patient related items throughout the facility in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. Maintains patient confidentiality at all times. Communicates professionally with all staff, patients and visitors throughout the campus. Functions independently and as a team member, frequently with direction via pager of telephone. Maintains an orderly, well organized work area and keeps supplies and equipment readily available while ensuring proper storage of all supplies and equipment in the work unit. This position requires full use of both hands, repetitive foot motion, and trunk rotation/twist. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned. Works varied hours which may include days,nights, weekends and holidays. Department:
Radiology Qualifications:
High school graduate or G.E.D equivalent. Previous hospital, clinical, or patient care experience preferred. Requires excellent communication skills, telephone and human relation skills to interact with patients, guests and staff. Basic computer skills are required.
