- Resume Required - Valid driver's license and solid driving record required Physical Therapist to work in Home Care setting. Must have MA License, CPR certification and experience with adult inpatient or home care population. Resume Required. Bachelors/Masters or Doctorate in Physical therapy and current MA licensure required. Minimum of one year of clinical experience required. Home care experience preferred. Every 6th weekend rotation. Holiday rotation equaling 2 to 3 Holidays per year.
