Providence is calling Human Resources Generalists! The Human Resources Generalist provides professional services, consultation and support to the assigned client group with recruitment, employee relations, human resources policy interpretation and other related human resources partnership. This individual will deliver high quality service to both internal and external customers. We're seeking an individual who performs all duties in a manner that promotes teamwork and reflects the Mission and Philosophy of our founders, the Sisters of Providence. Position Specifics This position is located at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, Washington. This position is a full time position in Human Resources. All candidates hired into a position that is posted as 20 hrs/wk or more qualify for benefits. REQUIREMENTS Education:
A Bachelor?s Degree is required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Licenses/Certifications:
PHR Certification preferred. Experience:
Two (2) to four (4) years of professional level human resources experience is required. Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English. Answer the call to fulfill the Mission.
