- High school diploma or equivalent is required The Department of Peri-Operative Surgical Services is currently accepting applications for the Spring 2010 Externship in the department. This externship is through the VCU School of Nursing and is open to Juniors and Seniors. The externship will start January 4th, 2010 and run through late April 2010.
