We are currently looking for an Administrator for Park West Care and Rehabilitation, a 99-bed skilled nursing center with Rehab Recovery suites opening in the second quarter of 2009. The candidate for us will want to DRIVE the business, building relationships with the community AND be involved in the center at every level.Our Administrators are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures, Corporate Integrity Agreement, current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities. Requirements * Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc. that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound business operation. * Possess knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term administration. * Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public. * Ability to read and interpret financial records and reports. * Ability to interpret, communicate and implement policies, procedures, regulations, reports, etc. to personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and government agencies/personnel. * Sufficient verbal and written communication skills to perform the tasks required. * Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field preferred. * Current Federal and State Nursing Home Administrator licensure.
