We are currently looking for an Administrator for Park West Care and Rehabilitation, a 99-bed skilled nursing center with Rehab Recovery suites opening in the second quarter of 2009. Requirements * Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc. that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound business operation. * Possess knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term administration. * Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public. * Ability to read and interpret financial records and reports. * Ability to interpret, communicate and implement policies, procedures, regulations, reports, etc. to personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and government agencies/personnel. * Sufficient verbal and written communication skills to perform the tasks required. * Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field preferred. * Current Federal and State Nursing Home Administrator licensure.
