HV-0051-20091103)DescriptionThe Vice President of Learning & Development (VP L&D) is responsible for the strategic direction and thought leadership of the global Leadership and Development organization.  This person will lead a team of 5 directs and 55 in-directs supporting the entire CCE organization globally to develop and execute training programs, tools and processes.  The VP L&D partners with senior leaders and HR Business partners to develop 3 year learning strategies and annual learning plans that align to business strategies and people development goals.
