Our client located in the Westchester County, NY area is seeking an experienced HR professional on a temporary to permanent basis.  The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of strong generalist or HRIS experience with a working knowledge of SAP.  The hourly compensation will be based on relevant experience.  Some of the main responsibilities are listed below. Responsibilities Input employee status changes, new hire information, and compensation data into HRIS Handle reporting of headcount, employment, and compensation information for various departments Maintain organizational charts Responsible for timekeeping data changes into SAP Maintain and file all HR/ Benefits related paperwork Assist in other data-related projects as neededRequirements Bachelor's degree required Strong SAP and ad hoc query experience is essential Must be able to interact with all levels of HR and managementFor Additional Information Please forward a copy of your resume in a Word doc to sfinch@bellwetherstaffing.com
