We are currently recruiting for a seasoned Executive Assistant for a dynamic client in Emeryville. This role is responsible for performing a full spectrum of administrative support for a Vice President/Director.  In this role, you will be responsible for complex assignments which require a superior level or organizational skills and detail, initiative, and analytical methodology.   Additional duties include extensive scheduling and calendar management, arranging complex international and domestic travel and related itineraries, and responsible for planning, coordinating and executing all meetings.  This individual will also be responsible for additional project work that might include researching and gathering information, event planning for social engagements, and involvement with budget reports.   The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a VP or C-level Executive, a Bachelor?s Degree, and flexibility with work schedule.   Advance experience in all Microsoft Office applications is also required.  If you are interested in this opportunity, please email your resume directly to Sarah Baltzer at sbaltzer@hcpartners.com.
