SUMMARY:
This is responsible work ensuring all employees of the company are paid accurately and on a timely basis.  Work is performed under the day to day supervision of the Director of Payroll. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
?        Processes bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees:
enters direct deposit and tax withholding authorizations. ?        Enters additional forms of compensation in ADP Pay Data. i.e. bonus, incentive, miscellaneous income. ?        Enters prior pay period adjustment of hours, Payroll Discrepancy Form in Lawson pay batch or to ADP. ?        Investigates and resolves payroll discrepancies including preparation of manual check calculations and final pays to terminated employees. ?&
