Our new Sr Director of Total Compensation is looking to grow his team with the addition of a . The Senior Compensation Analyst will analyze, administer, and assist with the development of compensation processes and programs including job evaluation, merit, market surveys and studies, and salary structure development and maintenance. Accountabilities include:
* Conduct job evaluations, develop job documentation, assign positions to grades, and create job codes* Conduct market analysis and maintain market data library* Participate in and/or conduct salary surveys and additional benchmarking studies in order to analyze competitive positioning* Administer annual merit and bonus programs* Assist with the development, implementation and administration of compensation policies and programs* Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices.* Assist management with the preparation of job descriptions and review requests for new/revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.* Monitor trends and best practices and recommend new approaches and programs that are effective and also consistent with corporate objectives.* Manages and completes all executive/special compensation program rep
