This employee will be a member of the Training team and will be focused on helping the team execute on strategic learning projects and objectives. This service-oriented role will support training delivery, learning systems, programs, activities and processes crucial to both the functional organization and to achieving HR goals. This employee will work closely with the employee population, Line HR, HR Ops, and Systems as well as Corporate Services and external vendors and resources. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver employee training programs, track and analyze program performance, and recommend improvements. Assist with the instructional design and development of new programs, revise course materials and support the conversion of current resources and workshops into online resources.Level 1 contact and response for Training requests from both the employee population and line HR.Support and coordinate special projects i.e. acquisitions, employee engagement survey, performance management/focal, Technical Seminar Series, Global HR Conference, custom BU requests, etc.Administer, coordinate and market company-wide learning events and initiatives (includes logistics, scheduling, room booking, roster management, data entry, vendor management and communications).Develop, maintain and up
