HR Manager Arrow Electronics, Inc. Wilmington, MA or Melville, NYAt present we have an excellent opportunity for a HR Manager at either Melville, NY or Wilmington, MA location. This position is responsible for providing proactive and strategic HR support for an assigned client group(s) in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing all aspects of HR including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management and development, policies and procedures, compensation and performance metrics, change management initiatives and other programs that support the business in achieving its goals. In addition, you will provide direction, guidance and counseling to the management team on best practices, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance, employee engagement, workforce planning and appropriate handling of all other HR-related issues.
