Specific Responsibilities  Conduct group training session in classroom-based setting, as well as via Placeware Conduct on-on-one training Work in close partnership with product managers and training team to design, develop, and implement end-user training courses and materials Conduct training needs analyses and assessments, analyze performance problems, and recommend training solutions Develop e-learning modules Meet with both professional and support staff to analyze how technology fits into their workflow Develop, own, and maintain training materials including, but not limited to; outlines, manuals, Quick Reference Cards, Quick-Start guides, and tips Log all training records Assist with any additional training projects, as assigned by the training
