Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for managing the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the employees with day to day issues. Assist management with staffing planning and recruiting to fill open positions Implements performance management and improvement systems. Assists with organization development. Assures the company is in compliance with legislation. Conducts employee orientation, development, and training; Manages employee relations; Manages employee services and counseling; Work to resolve employee relation issues in a timely and appropriate manner. Conduct Exit Interviews for terminated employees. Responsible for providing employee changes to payroll. Other assignments as assigned. Minimum Knowledge, Competencies & Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree PHR/SPHR Preferred Experience supporting non-exempt employees preferred Minimum of 5 years HR Generalist experience Ability to communicate with impact Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
