Work closely with other team members to ensure the seamless delivery of outsourcing services to the client.   Provide a client specific outlook to all operational service activities.   Consult on operational service activity changes; consult with internal and external sources on the client and plan specific impact of all legal, regulatory, process, product or business changes that affect plan administration.   Execute and own complex research initiatives and the analysis and resolution of technical issues, resulting from operational control breakdowns, legislative changes, or systems outages.   Processing of daily client administrative work   Manage the production calendar to ensure all ongoing deliverables are met and executed within agreed upon Service Level Agreements.   Execute client's inbound and outbound payroll, coordinating with offshore resources as needed.   Execute and validate daily valuation, including preparation of transactions, input of unit values, resolution of edit errors, accounting, funding transmissions, payment transmissions and trade verification.
