  A mid-level position as part of a software development team designing, developing and supporting large-scale high-availability multi-tier transactional systems. Seeking qualified software developer for Payment Solution Group. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated and able to perform in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Must have the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a demonstrated ability to meet schedules and multi-task.    Position Requirements:
  3-5 years working experience with Java programming. Working experience in database programming and SQL, Oracle Ability to interface successfully with production support group Ability to work effectively as part of a technical team Creative problem solving skills Ability to work in a fast paced & dynamic small company environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent customer interaction skills   Preferred:
  Experience in interfacing with offshore development team. Experience in software development process. Experience in a leadership position is highly desirable.    Education and Typical Years Experience:
