The is responsible for the day-to-day Records Operation of the BPA at one of the designated District Office sites. Duties include responsibility for and monitoring of the data entry, fee collection/processing, mail and file operations, and quality control processes to insure compliance with the contract. The Site Manager is responsible for day-to-day planning and for coordination with other Contract Supervisors and Quality Control personnel. The Site Manager directs, assists and provides guidance to the Contract Supervisors in the various functional areas, establishing priorities and reallocating resources as needed to meet the goals established by client. The Site Manager maintains liaison with local management personnel. The Site Manager reports to the Regional Manager and communicates routinely with the Project Manager and/or Assistant Project Manager. The Site Manager is responsible for timely delivery of all deliverables, must be able to perform under pressure, be detail oriented, with the ability to motivate employees, and instill a team environment. Must be able to lift 45 pounds. The Site Manager must have at least three (3) years direct records management experience, and at least two (2) years specialized experience in directing a records management program. No substitution of education for specialized experience is permitted. A bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field of experience is required. Professional membership in records or management organizations preferred. The Site Manager must have excellent oral and written English skills, be computer literate, be a U.S. citizen, and able to obtain a secret security clearance.HOT JOBS
