Senior Oracle Financials Solution SpecialistBE is seeking a Sr. Oracle Financials Solution specialist with strong Financials background with 10+ years of experience in Oracle eBusiness suite R12 and 11.5.10. This position is highly visible in the organization that requires an individual who can guide the financial Business team for effective utilization of Oracle applications and build solutions using Oracle Standard Functionality. Individual will be part of Oracle Applications IT Team working with Business users on Functional Requirements build new business case studies and then propose a solution on Oracle and build it. Individual also be maintaining and supporting the day to day escalations/Issues in current Implementation of Oracle R12 and Oracle 11.5.10.Primary Responsibilities Analyze long term requirements for corporate financial systems and make recommendations and proposals on Oracle Financials. Define, architect and build solutions for business requirements and map solution on Oracle financials. Ability to understand heterogeneous application footprint and design solution accordingly. Work with Analyst and Developers in Converting the Business Solution into a technical design when needed. Plan, Design and implement new projects and enhancements on Oracle Financials applications in both 11.5.10 and R12.Job Qualifications 10+ years of Strong experience in functional design and configuration on Oracle Financials Modules (AR, AP, GL, FA, FSG Reporting etc). Oracle financials Implementation experience of both R12 and 11.5.10 is a must. Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and Tax rules. Candidate should possess the skills required to quickly prepare financial analyses, create management reporting, out of Oracle and serve as a team member on cross functional projects, and provide input on global financial processes. Capable of defining, architecting and re-engineering business processes. Ability to identify opportunities for Improvement in Financials area. Detailed Functional Knowledge of Oracle's E-Business Suite Supply Chain Execution (OM, Shipping, INV) modules is a desired. Strong hands on experience on Oracle Applications Financials Modules is a must. Ability to present solutions to senior client management via whiteboard and PowerPoint.
