Skills/ Requirements You must have a current and valid Florida Life,Health and Annuity License. (215) Agent should have some previous training in or related to Healthcare Insurance. At least one year of experience in Call Center environments Possess a sales- background and have had some level of sales training. Agent will possess ability to study, grasp, and clearly articulate product knowledge from various Healthcare Insurance Plans to prospective members/callers. Possess the ability to perform cost/plan analysis and demonstrate an ability to provide prospective members with a recommendation best suited for caller?s individual needs that is consistent with product/plan benefits. Possess ability to understand and utilize client/company provided computer systems. Perform accurately and timely data entry. Agent must be flexible to work within the following schedule:
Monday thru Friday 8am thru 10pm and a Saturday as needed. Good Computer Skills, Word, keyboarding and internet access
