  Department Practice AdministrationSchedule Full-timeShift DaysHours Job Details Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer the position is responsible for assisting in and learning the processes for planning, organizing and directing the fiscal services of a hospital. Working with the CFO and his/her designees helps develop and administer hospital policies on finance, accounting, business office, admitting, materials management and internal controls.  Assists in the establishment of goals, objectives and standards for all areas of responsibility that report to a hospital CFO.  Participates in developing the strategic plan for the hospital.  Assists in the development of hospital wide fiscal policies and procedures. Minimum experience bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA preferred.  Three years management experience in a finance department in a hospital setting. Must have Hospital experience.  *hj
