  Department Administration Med StaffSchedule Full-timeShift DaysHours Job Details Regional VP of Case Management will plan, implement, organize and direct the care coordination activities throughout the Abrazo Health Care Hospital System. The Regional VP of Case Management will also work with hospital and corporate leadership to develop and excute a strategic plan for Case Management within the hosptial system. Responsible for the region-wide oversight and evaluation of the Case Management Program.   The Regional VP of Case Management will be intimately involved in the revenue cycle process,  working closely with leaders in Admitting, Nursing, Health Information Management, Central Business Office and Denial Management.   Bachelors of Science in Nursing or Nursing Degree from an Accredited Nursing School.  Minimum of 7 -10 years of hospital Case Management and certification in case management (CCM).      *hj
