Mechanic-Operator The Mechanic-Operator is responsible for the maintenance and operation of high speed packaging equipment. Candidates should have a minimum of five years experience in an industrial maintenance setting which should include machine repair, sheet metal fabrication, and welding experience. Candidates must be able to work in a team atmosphere to troubleshoot and make machine adjustments and repairs as needed. Applicants must be 18 years of age. A high school diploma or GED is required. Candidates must be willing to work any shift, 7-days a week, including overtime and weekends. All persons selected for employment must undergo a background inquiry and pass a pre-employment physical exam, which includes a test for the detection of drugs.
