Network Communications, Inc. (www.nci.com) is the largest national publisher of local printed and online magazines for the real estate market. Wedistribute more than 13 million magazines each month and distribute this content through a world-class online network of more than 18 websites.Reporting to the SVP of Interactive, the Marketing Director will manage SEM spend and agency relationships, SEO consultants, Omniture web analyticsand performance reporting for NCIs 25,000+ advertisers. We are looking for a leader to optimize online marketing spend on a cost-per-lead basisspread across 600 markets and to drive marketing campaigns for NCI's direct response and e-commerce products. This key position will also identifyareas for product improvement across our core websites based on web analytic results and drive our SEO relevance through site design, contentinclusion and development.JOB REQUIREMENTSDesired skills and experience:
Strong analytical skills required to optimize marketing spend Negotiating skills to maintain partner relationships and drive our agency performance Strong communication skills to work with business unit leaders, advertisers, information technology staff, vendors and agency Intimate knowledge of usability, user experience, testing best practices Web savvy, especially with lead generation websites Strong knowledge of online marketing and audience development including metrics, setting goals and generating forecasts and budgets Omniture, WebTrends (or similar package) experience required Experience managing 3rd party vendors for SEO consulting and performance tracking Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field Mastery of Microsoft Office SuiteThis position is based in Lawrenceville, GA a northeast suburb of Atlanta.Submit Your Resume With Us By Clicking Here.
