Position Overview Adobe is looking for an experienced and creative Product Marketing Manager position in the Dynamic Media Organization (DMO). In this position, you will help define the marketing strategy and deliver the associated programs for 1 product:
Flash Media Live Encoder (FMLE).  In addition, this person will manage our top tier Content Delivery Network partners (CDN), publishing, advertising and encoding partners.   Key Responsibilities ?  Create a marketing plan for the lifecycle of Flash Media Live Encoder (FMLE) and customer segments, including strategies to grow revenue and reach new customers ?  Create joint marketing plans with top tier partner ecosystem ?  Manage relationship with partners from weekly meetings to being the liaison internally with other groups within organization ?  Creation of marketing materials and sales collateral for partners including datasheets, solution briefs, demos, ROI tools and web content ?  Drive training for partners to help position and sell our solution offering ?  Develop product messaging FMLE in partnership with product managers to successfully communicate value proposition to customers and prospects ?  Function as "command central" for your customer segments and the related products among product teams, product marketing, and corporate teams to ensure achievement against key milestones ?  Develop programs for FMLE to reach new customers through creative marketing strategies based on analysis, customer data, testing strategies, and ROI ?  Collaborate with other teams internally to ensure that appropriate product, segment, services and workflow messaging is included in product and segment activities ?  Partner with worldwide marketing and sales organizations to provide guidance, direction and materials to help drive revenue at a local level ?  Manage the creation of marketing deliverables through the corporate marketing organization ?  Plan and manage marketing budgets:
development, forecasting, tracking, etc. ?  Provide technically accurate direction and comments in all marketing planning and collateral development   Competencies for Success ?  Demonstrated leadership with the ability to build consensus while driving decision-making ?  Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess the relevance of tactics and programs as they relate back to business objectives and strategies ?  Strong writing skills encompassing deliverables ranging from messaging to the development of FAQ's, datasheets, and other materials ?  Strong capacity to multitask, ensuring efficient execution of all initiatives with attention to details ?  Results-orientation and ability to develop metrics  and analyze data ?  Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships and maintain strong close relationships with partners ?  Ability to comprehend technical data and translate information into actionable messages for a wider audience ?  Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, informing a perspective with analysis of relevant data   Qualifications/Experience ?  5+ years of marketing experience in technology or related field ?
