My client is expanding it?s Help Desk team. If you have strong technical support, customer support and attention to detail skills, we want to talk to you. Help Desk Analyst to provide first level technical support and customer service to internal business users for a proprietary Windows based software application. This is a fast paced environment focused on customer service and problem resolution. We seek individuals who can work flexible shift including evening & weekends for an initial 90 day contract engagement located in North Dallas (Addison, TX). Brief Overview:
(multiple positions available) Work flexible shifts including evenings & weekends as needed [day shifts are not guaranteed] Provide customer service & technical assistance to internal business users supporting Windows Office applications, Printers, Email, Remote Access, and support basic Network Connectivity issues via inbound phone & email communications Provide Technical Support for Proprietary Software Application (Paid Training Provided) Assist users with routine requests thus providing step-by-step problem resolution Document calls and escalate issues if appropriate Perform other related duties as requested Maintain a positive & professional attitude focused on customer service Requirements:
