HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Job Details:
Seeking a highly motivated team player with experience to create and enhance reward and recognition, compensation and community involvement programs. Will create metrics, goals and appropriate communication for each to the organization. Also responsible for gauging the workforce through surveys and creating action plans to address areas of improvement. Proven experience in developing and deploying large scale change management initiatives required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources highly preferred. Minimum 3-5 years experience creating and maintaining programs such as reward and recognition and compensation required.
