Real Estate Portfolio Accountant/Analyst: 70 ? 75K Total Compensation

Job Details:

New York City?s most powerful real estate/property management investment conglomerate seeks degreed individual for expanding division with 3+ yrs diversified residential real estate accounting and finance experience (Yardi, MRI, Skyline or BJ Murray a must).  Responsible for financial reporting and cash management of real estate portfolio.  Produce monthly and quarterly financial statements.  Track escrow accounts, subsidiary ledgers, and construction draws.  Ensure financial data and the management of accounts payable and reconciliation processes.  Coordinate annual budget process prepared on buildings and investigate variances on monthly basis.  Work closely with outside auditors, assist in tax returns and act as troubleshooter when problems arise.   Work closely with CFO and finance team.  Any affordable housing or multi-family real estate experience a +.  Please send resume in Microsoft Word format to division-personnel@accessnyc.com *In order to be considered please send a word version of your resume along with recent salary history and a contact number where you can easily be reached.
