00pm.Foster relationships with office property developers, owners, and managers to support bringing new Comcast Business Services Data, Voice, and TV services to their properties.Proactively increase sellable business addresses through new building acquisition while operating within market capital guidelines.Actively participate in property owner and economic development organizations to support goals and foster overall goodwill for Comcast Business Services within the property owner communityIdentify opportunities and develop business cases to extend plant to multi-unit business locations, requires collaboration with construction and finance departments.Support the sales organization with the property owner access negotiations in those buildings where sales has received a customer commitment.Position the value of Comcast's portfolio of Business Services products to building developers, owners and managers.Liaison with Corporate Access Strategy team for legal negotiations, best practice sharing, and coordinated support for National property owners.Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly assigned quotas/goals for new business addresses and plant penetration.Work closely with sales and marketing organizations to ensure effective communication of new business addresses.Candidates must lead by example by modeling the Comcast Credo, Touchstones, and Promise.Candidate must develop and implement best practices that contribute to improved performance and overall success.Candidates must address personnel issues/performance issues in accordance with Company Policy.Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION:
B.A. or B.S. Degree in Marketing and Sales or Operations, The equivalent in experience and self study and experience may be substitutedEXPERIENCE:
2+ Years of Business Sales Experience preferred 2+ Years Commercial real estate experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office softwareMust be a team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes quickly Ability to make decisions quickly and independently.A self-starter; detailed knowledge of Comcast's sales and operations processes a plus.Strong customer focus
