Position Requirements ?Business degree; addition of a technical or finance degree and/or MBA a plus?7+ years of work experience is required?5+ years experience in sales, operations in high tech industry required; experience in wireless communications industry preferred?3-5 years successful experience managing program managers and/or operations?Expert organizational and problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to understand and articulate technical solutions (high level) to address business problems?Demonstrated experience in proactively identifying and driving changes that will provide benefit to the organization?Proven experience working on a matrixed management basis is required ?Expert negotiation, leadership, influence, project management, relationship-building, and communication skills?Good judgment on identifying key issues and resolution?Expert Financial management skills?Being a Self-Starter with the proven ability to take initiative?Being creative, flexible, and objective focused with expert skills in cross-functional thinking and process planning If interested,
