Classified Sales Manager The Inland Empire division of the Los Angeles Newspaper Group is looking for a hands on sales manager to lead our inside/outside sales team. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to transform our staff from an inside sales function into an aggressive outbound selling team. Through constant evaluation of staff performance, training and coaching you will structure staffing and assignments to make maximum use of sales and support resources. Responsible for the recruitment, hiring and training of highly effective sales people to insure revenue goals for print and online are consistently achieved. The ability to respond immediately to changing advertiser needs and market conditions, while proactively focusing on "go to market" strategies and other tasks a must.
