Project Manager The location will be in North Dallas, Texas near Galleria Dallas Candidate must be a eligible to work in the US. Required Skills:
*Candidate should be familiar with the buildout of program offices, including governance, project plans, reporting and other templates to be leverages throughout the project. * MS Project * Visio * Excel * Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects, oversees all aspects of a project's life cycle management from project initiation to closeout * Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and tasks, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of the project * Must take responsibility/ownership for major project components including project scope, planning, pricing, risk assessment, quality management, etc. * Experience in conducting project status reviews. Experience in leading and managing the validation of technical, operational, and logistical input into the project plan. Qualifications:
* 5-10 years of experience in project and program management * Knowledge and understanding of mortgage industry, secondary mortgage activities, products. Operational knowledge of processes. * The ability to manage projects tasks to aggressive time frames and to ensure that deadlines are met. * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
