Position Summary:
Have overall responsibility to manage SEO/SEM and social media marketing to generate and maximized traffic to Verio web properties. Responsible for the architecture and design, content, implementation, maintainance and conversion of traffic into leads and sales from a holistically perspective , while working in conjunction with internal stakeholders, external agencies and vendors. The sucessful candidate will integrate and optimize customer experience across SEM to online properties by monitoring peformance and industry best practices. This includes managing multiple projects in quality, schedule and cost in order to deliver synergies and improved productivity across initiatives. Requirements Highly self-motivated, able to manage and execute multiple tasks with goal-oriented approach Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills to work in cross-functional environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to follow-up Excellent project management skills in websites development Understanding of web site analytics, SEO / SEA, online advertising campaign development, tracking programs and funnel management through the sales process. Proven ability to analyze performance metrics in SEO/SEM and web properties using tools (Google Analytics, Omniture) Understanding and experience working with every aspect of online marketing and web site development from conception to production including but not limited to:
goal analysis and project scoping, architecture development and evolution, user interface design; vendor selection and management, project leadership and management; content development, graphics incorporation and database integration; ongoing analytics and strategic thinking for improvement. Familiar with CMS tools to create, modify and delete contents using wordpress and Drupal Understanding of Web 2.0 technologies and impact on business strategies Experience in 7-10 B2B high-tech industry with strength in developing and implementing web properties and SEO/SEM programs. Knowledge of web hosting products and services. B-to-B lead generation marketing experience also desired, especially within the global online community.
