Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position. Position Summary This position is for a candidate with exceptional programming skills specific to the areas of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), billing system integration, and Win32 desktop applications. The candidate will be responsible for managing the desktop installation for Advanced Agent Desktop (AAD) across all Time Warner Divisions. This includes:
. Coding custom CTI solutions for multiple soft switches . Maintaining and updating the integration between AAD and ICOMS/ACSR/Oceanic . Coding related to the .NET custom installation package for the desktop . Coding custom desktop applications to aid in troubleshooting . Working closely with the divisions to analyze their desktop needs and recommend appropriate solutions . Assisting the development team with other coding tasks as necessary Technical Skills The candidate must have a wide variety of technical skills, including, but not limited to the following:
. Avaya soft switch concepts and integration techniques . IVR integration . TSAPI . Aspect CMI data repository - x10 database . Understanding of UCID to UUI conversions . Familiarity with JNI . Ability to work with native Windows 32-bit API . Knowledge of OISServer API for ICOMS . Java/J2EE advanced coding . Java applet coding . Java JRE security policies for the windows desktop . Microsoft One-Click coding and deployments . AOI/BOI for CSG's ACSR . C# .NET . Web applications Other Job Requirements . Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general technical journals, specifications, and procedures . Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and technical manuals . Ability to effectively provide internal training to fellow developers, present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and internal customers . Experience working with all versions of the Windows operating system & Microsoft Office applications . Knowledge of Windows 2000, 2003 and/or 2008 operating systems . Knowledge of thin client environments including Citrix and SunRay . Knowledge of the design of local area networks, wide area networks, remote access and all its components . Advanced computer skills & innovative problem solver . Ability to be self motivated, manage time and work without supervision; Able to work independently and as part of a team . Ability to work flexible schedule, overtime, and travel . Customer and team focused attitude, able to effectively communicate and follow up to provide final resolution to customers. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school and seven plus years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
