1 Description Key Purpose of the Job Provide finance support to CNS. Provide monthly reporting, analysis and quarterly forecasting for the Business Insight and operational communities. Provide support for Finance systems including Hyperion HFM and OBI. Key Job Responsibilities • Deliver monthly management reporting for CNS. Ensure accuracy of submissions and on time delivery including variance analysis on various WD schedules. • Participate in monthly accounting close to ensure results and variances to forecasts are understood and complete • Participate in monthly results reviews with Country Management for CNS, and agree quarterly forecasts for submission to GS Central Finance. • Highlight business performance issues to be addressed by Country Management and provide supporting analysis and recommendations • Raise trading model issues that arise and drive to resolution • Research and analyze business performance issues to be addressed by Country Management and provide supporting analysis as and when required • Participate annual budget build process for RPA in CNS and ensure correct submission to GS Centre through HFM • Lead on agreeing internal trades for CNS within GS • Assist with administration of Hyperion HFM system as well as the OBI reporting tool. • Provide working capital support as needed to the Business Insight team and where necessary supervise & review the working capital commentary. • Assist with Ad Hoc tasks as the team requires Key Working Relationships:
Audit teams, Business Insight, RPA Accounting teams, RPA Central Team, Systems development teams Essential Requirements for the job:
Education:
BA Business degree required, CPA, CIMA preferred Experience:
at least 5 years of experience in a related field. Previous business performance and forecasting experience preferred. Knowledge of MS Office required, as well as Oracle reporting platforms such as Hyperion, Oracle Business Intelligence and Oracle Discoverer would be an asset. BT is an equal opportunity employer.
