Details:
* Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting department documents and information * Determines priority, format, and other requirements by reviewing instructions or references * Properly verifies information by comparing information to original source * Revises documents by entering/retyping edited data * Verifies documents by proofreading and rechecking requirements * Reproduces documents by operating a copy machine * Maintains historical records by filing documents * Secures information by completing data base backups * Maintains office supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and filing receipts of purchased supplies * Maintains work flow by sorting and delivering information to appropriate parties * Provides information to clients by answering questions and requests Compensation:
* Position starts at $17/hour * Health Insurance provided at 70/30 employer/employee split * Continued education supported via tuition assistance * Advancement opportunities available to consistent, hard-working employees The preceding job description is for an position offered by a Corporate/Convention Entertainment Provider. The position is a M-F, 7 to 4 position.
