Manager Surgical Services - Registered Nurse Schedule:

You will work on intricate cases using the latest equipment including robotics. You will work with a dedicated qualified staff with CNOR credentials. The Manager Surgical Services will report to the Administrative Director of Surgical Services and will be responsible to plan, direct, supervise and evaluate patient care delivery on assigned units and retain 24 hour accountability. The Manager will support the Hospitals Mission and Vision along with Surgical Services Vision and Mission. The Manager will facilitate schedule in the operating rooms by being knowledgeable regarding all surgical specialties and equipment. The Manager will step in at any time the Administrative Director is absent. Responsiblities include; OR, Recovery, Scheduling, Endoscopy, Pain Management and Anestesia. 8 OR suites approximately 5000 procedures per year. 80 FTEs with 5 Direct reports. Qualifications Min 5-7 yrs of surgical services experience in acute care setting with progressive responsibility for management of multiple depts. and staff. BS Degree required RN with current license CNOR must be obtained within 6months Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills required.
